What We Do

How we run the operation behind your brand.

Farren Grove handles the operational work behind marketplace and distribution growth. We purchase your inventory outright, run the marketplaces, fulfill orders, manage listings and pricing, and protect your brand. We make our money on the products we sell, not on fees. Here's what that looks like in practice.

A channel we both have a reason to grow.

What We Handle

Five areas of the operation, handled for you.

These are the five parts of the operation we handle most often.

01

US Market Entry

The challenge. Entering a new market means figuring out distribution, inventory, fulfillment, marketplaces, and the day-to-day work that comes with them.

What we do. We provide the US operating infrastructure to get the business established, including inventory, fulfillment, marketplace setup, and the day-to-day coordination required to launch.

02

Marketplace Operations

The challenge. A marketplace account can be easy to open and difficult to operate well. Listings, catalog, pricing, inventory, and account management all have to stay current.

What we do. We manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other channels, including catalog, listings, pricing, and day-to-day account management.

03

Multi-Channel Expansion

The challenge. Once a product works on one channel, the next challenge is expanding without creating a separate operation for every marketplace.

What we do. We take proven products into additional channels, including Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, DTC, and other marketplaces, building the operating structure needed to support each one.

04

Operations & Fulfillment

The challenge. Inventory sitting in the wrong place can tie up cash, create stockouts, and make fulfillment more expensive.

What we do. We manage US 3PL fulfillment, receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory across channels.

05

Brand & Pricing Protection

The challenge. Unauthorized sellers, inconsistent pricing, and poor marketplace presentation can damage a brand while sales continue to grow.

What we do. We monitor pricing, enforce MAP where applicable, manage listings, monitor unauthorized sellers, and keep the brand represented properly across channels.

Where We Fit

Where we fit into your business.

The right role depends on where your business is today.

You need a US operating partner

For established brands that need the infrastructure to build or expand their US business.

You already have a US business

For brands that need stronger marketplace, inventory, fulfillment, pricing, or operational execution.

You have a winning channel

For brands ready to take what's working on Amazon or DTC and expand into additional channels.

Not an Agency. Not a Broker. Not a Reseller.

We don't just advise the business. We operate it.

An agency gives recommendations and hands the work back. A broker introduces two parties. A reseller buys to sell. Farren Grove takes responsibility for the operation: the inventory, fulfillment, marketplaces, listings, pricing, and brand presentation. And unlike a 3PL, we do not just store and ship your products. We own the inventory and take responsibility for the channels and the result.

Common questions

A reseller buys your product and operates independently. We operate as your authorized partner with agreed pricing, brand standards, and a defined role in your channel strategy. You know our role in the channel, how we price and present your product, and how that fits into the broader channel strategy because we agree on it together before the first order.

We purchase your inventory outright and earn our margin when your products sell. There are no management fees, retainers, or commissions. Because we purchase the inventory outright, we take the inventory and resale risk rather than charging the brand a management fee for operating the channel.

Yes. Buying the inventory does not end the conversation; it starts the partnership. We stay in regular contact on what is selling, what is coming next, and what we are seeing in the channel, and we make decisions about pricing, presentation, and expansion with the brand, not around it. We are building a channel we expect to reorder from for years, not buying inventory as a one-time closeout.

Yes. Your brand guidelines set the standard for how your products are presented: naming, imagery, tone, claims, and packaging representation. We build listings, A+ content, and channel presentation to those standards, and where a marketplace format forces a compromise, we resolve it with you rather than around you. If you do not have formal guidelines, we work from your existing brand materials and confirm direction with you before building.

We agree on a pricing framework at the start of the partnership, including MAP where you have one. We manage day-to-day pricing within that framework and flag anything that would affect your broader channel strategy before acting on it.

You do. Your trademark, your Brand Registry, and your brand content remain yours. Where we administer Brand Registry on your behalf, we do it as your authorized representative. If the partnership ends, the brand assets and the presence we built stay with the brand.

You see how the channel is performing. We share sales and channel updates on a regular cadence and discuss anything material as it happens. You are handing off the operating work, not your view of the business.

We monitor pricing and sellers across the channels we operate and act through the tools available: authorization records, marketplace reporting processes, and direct outreach. Some situations resolve quickly and others take time, because marketplace enforcement has limits. What we commit to is that someone is watching and acting on it as part of the ongoing operation.

Some brands stay with this model long term. Others use it to establish the US business and later bring the channel in-house. We can structure the partnership with that path in mind, and because the brand assets remain yours, the transition is a handoff, not a rebuild.
