I built Farren Grove around a simple belief: good brands need someone close enough to the business to see how the pieces actually work together.
Inventory, listings, pricing, fulfillment, and marketplace channels are all connected. A problem in one area can quickly become a problem somewhere else. That's why I believe in staying close to the details, making decisions based on what the business needs, and fixing problems rather than passing them along.
That's how I approach the brands Farren Grove works with. I stay close to the work, understand how the pieces fit together, and take responsibility for moving things forward.
I've spent more than 20 years in e-commerce and operations, from digital retail programs at national retailers to building a specialty food business of my own.
How I Think
Good brands need someone in the details.
Running a brand across marketplaces isn't one problem. It's hundreds of decisions that have to make sense together. The work is often in the details: what gets ordered, where inventory sits, how a product is presented, what it sells for, and what happens when something goes wrong.
